General Description
THFL Series High Flow Filter Cartridge is made of diameter 6''(152mm), single open end, without inner core, inside to outside flow direction. Filter body have two types: Melt- blown and pleated. And pleated filter is divided into two forms: Standard and crescent shaped. End caps and filter layer using hot-melt weling, no bonding agent, with a wide range of chemical compatibility, can be applied to various fields.

THFK Series High Flow Filter Cartridge is made of diameter 6" and pleated design, with high-strength pp center core, outside to inside flow direction. Outer cage have two types: integral pp cage and polyester mesh.

THFM High Flow Filter Cartridge is made of diameter 6.5" and pleated design with big flow area and dirt holding capacity. It can meet different flow requirements, with a wide range of chemical compatibility, can be applied to various fields.

THFX Series String Wound Filter Cartridge is depth filter cartridge, use of high–performance fiber (polypropylene, cotton, glass fiber, etc.) according to a specific process, tightly wrapped on a porous skeleton(PP or SS support), put an end to the fiber deformation and fiber shedding, can effectively remove suspended solids in the fluid, particulates, rust and other debris, has wide applicability.

THFZ Series Pleated Filter Cartridge can be back washed, all welded using hot-melt, no secondary pollution, no media loss, is designed for condensate polishing of power plant. It can be divided into THFZ-Ⅰ(7 parts), THFZ-Ⅱ(4+3) and THFZ-Ⅲ (3 + 1) three types. The THFZ-Ⅱ (4 + 3) is welded of 40" and 30", is the only one filter with 69mm diameter and integral outer support in domestic.

The filter element is installed in the oil-way filter or in the oil-way of the hydraulic system to remove the metal powder and other mechanical impurities generated by each component wear, in order to keep oil-way clean and prolong system life, which is the ideal filter element for petroleum, chemical and synthetic fiber industries.

It is widely used in hydraulic systems to filter out national particles and colloidal substances in the medium and reduce the relative friction of hydraulic components. This type of core improves system reliability and ensures the reliable and efficient operation of hydraulic and lubrication systems

The TPF series filter cartridge is made of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, and the interception efficiency for 0.01μm solid particles is up to 99.99%, so that TPF can meet the most stringent gas filtration. PTFE membrane has natural hydrophobicity and can achieve good filtration efficiency in dry or humid conditions. High flow rate, low pressure drop.
